EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Lisa Tibaldi Terra Mia undertakes to replace or refund any product purchased in the Online Boutique that does not conform to expectations, provided that replacement or refund is requested within 15 days from the date of delivery of the products, date established through the courier's tracking system. . RETURN PROCEDURE
To make a return or exchange, please proceed as follows:

REIMBURSEMENT PROCEDURE
The credit method will follow the method used for the payment:

If your order has been shipped out of the EU, taxes and customs duties cannot be refunded by us: try contacting your customs office of reference, they may help you recover those costs.
