Durante le appena concluse Fashion Week, la modella Ashley Graham velatamente vestita sulla passerella di Fendi, o Precious Lee su quella di Versace, hanno rappresentato il trionfo dell'inclusività, dello sdoganamento di nuovi canoni di bellezza.
Senza essere ossessionati dal corpo, una vera e propria battaglia contro il body shaming, ovvero ogni forma di bullismo contro il corpo e le sue forme, così sempre tristemente in auge.
Per saper accettare i propri difetti e, anzi, valorizzarli e trasformarli in un vero e proprio carattere distintivo personale ci vuole carattere e, soprattutto, tanta autoironia, un po' come Mafalda (il cui ideatore Quino è recentemente scomparso) che riesce con poche battute a farci sorridere e riflettere.
Ma come riuscire in pratica a valorizzare la nostra fisicità? Seguendo i consigli della stilista Lisa Tibaldi Grassi, che, in merito, ha realizzato una serie di tutorial sul suo canale youtube Lisa TIbaldi , con i quali, si possono raggiungere ottimi risultati, tenendo a mente alcuni principi fondamentali, mentre scegliamo il nostro outfit:
- in base alla propria conformazione (e non parliamo necessariamente di taglia) ci sono linee e modelli più adatti su cui puntare;
- importantissima la scelta del colore che da solo può aiutare sensibilmente a valorizzare occhi, incarnato e colore di capelli;
- la scelta dell'Accessorio è determinante per imprimere carattere ad un outfit e spesso ci aiuta a creare un "focus point" , a mettere in risalto una zona per noi strategica, distraendo da altro.
Tra i Bijoux: indossiamo un orecchino importante se vogliamo mantenere l'attenzione al viso, una collana con ciondolo se viceversa esaltiamo il décolleté, bracciale o anello sono utili per creare attrazione verso le mani, ma anche un Foulard può rivelarsi utile sia indossato (al collo, in vita come cintura, sui capelli) e soprattutto come complemento di un accessorio: ad esempio come ornamento per "modernizzare" una borsa e renderla più originale, creando un intreccio movimentato di tessuto e colori.
Perché un look sia davvero di successo però, continua la designer sud pontina, ci deve essere Armonia: il nostro outfit deve rispettare ed esaltare la nostra fisicità, ma soprattutto deve farci sentire a nostro agio, rispettando nel contempo il nostro carattere e la nostra personalità.
