C'è sempre un pizzico di ansia e di emozione prima di ogni intervista, soprattutto se in diretta radiofonica. Lisa Tibaldi Grassi, CEO d Lisa Tibaldi Terra Mia è stata ospite ai microfoni di "Sportello Italia" rubrica trasmessa da Radio Rai Uno, per raccontare della sua realtà di start-up laziale e di come sta affrontando la pandemia.
Lisa Tibaldi Grassi è stata introdotta dal giornalista Francesco Ventimiglia, in una puntata che aveva come focus ecosostenibilità, riconversione, tradizione ed innovazione.
Una conversazione che partendo dalle motivazioni che hanno spinto la designer a trasferirsi da Roma a Santi Cosma e Damiano, sua terra di origine, nel basso Lazio, in Terra Aurunca, ha spaziato in domande mirate soprattutto sulla sua nuova attività, e su come una start-up possa affrontare un periodo così critico.
Un vero e proprio viaggio nella creazione del Luxury Brand Lisa Tibaldi Terra Mia che è partito dall'idea della fashion designer di cercare un’ispirazione territoriale, che esprimesse un valore unico, che parlasse di natura, di tradizione, ma in modo originale ed innovativo, il punto di forza per la costruzione di un’impresa dall’anima green.
Idea nata grazie all'aiuto degli artigiani del Parco dei Monti Aurunci, e poi approdata a Lazio Innova che ha trasformato il progetto in vera e propria impresa.
Lisa Tibaldi Terra Mia produce accessori moda artigianali, ecosostenibili a forte connotazione territoriale, Foulard in seta ispirati alla natura dei suoi luoghi e Alta Bigiotteria realizzata con metalli semi preziosi che incastonano l’originale protagonista, la Stramma, una pianta spontanea locale che, (anticamente veniva usata per cesteria, sporte per gli asini e cime di navi) rivisitandola in chiave fashion, innovando anche le tecniche di lavorazione della materia.
L'attività di Lisa Tibaldi Terra Mia durante il
il primo lockdown, è stata riconvertita , grazie al progetto “Filiera Moda per l’Italia" di Unindustria, CNA Federmoda, Sportello Amianto ed altri, in produzione di mascherine filtranti per la collettività.
Tutt'ora una parte dell'attività della start-up
è dedicata alla produzione di mascherine riutilizzabili.
Molti programmi di crescita e sviluppo sono stati posticipati al 2021.
Come la stessa Lisa Tibaldi ha sempre dichiarato : "Siamo comunque operativi e determinati cercando di utilizzare questo “tempo sospeso” al meglio per migliorarci, pianificare con più attenzione, farci conoscere… in fondo siamo imprenditrici Donne … Tenaci come la stramma"
